Refund Policy

Once you have submitted your application through co.driverlicenserenewals.com, it is assumed and agreed that we will begin the submission process within the time frame indicated during your application.

If an application through co.driverlicenserenewals.com is rejected by the DVLA or if a refund is requested before the application was processed by co.driverlicenserenewals.com, an administration fee of $4.20 USD will be charged. If a refund is requested after the driverlicenserenewals.com application is processed but not approved, for any reason other than application refusal, a $33.45 USD fee may apply.

Our refund covers the fees paid to us directly for processing your application.

• Reason for the refund request.
• Your full name
• Your email address

All refund requests will be evaluated within 72 hours.
